The Activities Assistant is responsible for providing and documenting activity groups and interventions to support patient treatment plans. They collaborate with Activity Therapists and nursing staff to ensure therapeutic needs are met across various patient demographics.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, while a Bachelor's degree in recreational therapy is preferred. Candidates must possess or obtain CPR and De-escalation certifications within 30 days of hire.
