The Office Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the clinical department, focusing on scheduling, patient coordination, and insurance verification. They are responsible for maintaining supplies, managing staff schedules, and ensuring chart compliance and reporting accuracy.
A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, and candidates must obtain CPR and De-escalation certifications within 30 days of hire. Previous experience with clerical duties is required, and experience on an inpatient unit is preferred.
