The Outbound Call Specialist is responsible for making over 150 outbound calls daily to schedule buyer inspections with industrial businesses. They will also document information accurately in the database and collaborate with the Purchasing Team to support company growth.
The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to build relationships over the phone. While not strictly required, 1-2 years of call center or customer service experience is preferred.

HGR*24 is one of the nation's leading resellers of used industrial machinery and manufacturing equipment. Our purchasing team travels the country buying equipment, and our Outbound Call Center Representatives are the first step in making those opportunities happen.
We're looking for three outstanding candidates to join our next training class, which begins September 14.
Make 150+ outbound calls each day using a targeted contact list.
Schedule buyer inspections with manufacturers and industrial businesses.
Build positive relationships while following proven customer-focused call guides.
Accurately document information in our database.
Work closely with our Purchasing Team to help drive company growth.
Enjoys talking on the phone and connecting with people.
Has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Is dependable, curious, and eager to learn.
Pays attention to detail and enters information accurately.
Works well as part of a collaborative team.
1–2 years of call center or customer service experience.
