Serves high-quality, nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to our residents in consideration of dietary preferences and restrictions
Prepares dining areas, providing a clean and welcoming environment for resident social gathering and meals
Assists in maintaining a sanitary and organized kitchen while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols
Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Completion of ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of start

Yorkville is nestled along the Fox River in the heart of Kendall County, approximately 50 miles west of Chicago, near the communities of Oswego, Plano, Montgomery and Sugar Grove. Fully certified through the Illinois Supportive Living Program, Heritage Woods of Yorkville is designed to serve adults 65 and older of all incomes who may need some help to maintain their independence. Financial assistance is available for those who do not have the resources to afford our monthly fee. Older adults who are on Medicaid or who only receive Social Security benefits can qualify for residency.
