The Behavior Technician will implement behavioral intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis in home and community settings. They are also responsible for collecting data on client progress and assisting with parent training and clinical assessments.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid California driver's license, and reliable transportation. A background check is required, and RBT certification is considered a plus.

We’re looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team and help us support adolescents with Autism and other developmental or cognitive disabilities. If you have a background in psychology, sociology, or a related field and want to impact an underserved population, this is an ideal role.
