The Manager, Recruiting & Onboarding plays a critical role in driving Help at Home's growth by leading high-volume field recruiting efforts across Florida. This position is responsible for managing a team of recruiters dedicated to sourcing, attracting, and hiring caregivers who provide essential care to our clients throughout the state. In addition, the role oversees the full-cycle recruitment process for branch administrative and field management positions. The Manager establishes recruiting strategies and performance goals, drives team engagement and accountability, and partners with senior leadership to deliver results that support business growth and workforce needs.
This position can be based in either the Orlando or Miami region, with quarterly travel expected to branch locations throughout the assigned territory to support field recruiting efforts and business operations.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Manage the performance of the Field Recruitment team.
Lead the day-to-day activity of the team, partnering with operations leaders and hiring managers through the full life cycle recruitment process.
Support the design and build of a talent pipeline across specific markets, including non-traditional and diverse sources.
Develop the talent team's goals around continuously refining and improving our employer brand.
Recommend and implement both digital marketing and grassroots recruiting efforts. Execute, optimize and expand where needed.
Lead the talent team’s launch and ongoing support of new recruiting technology and processes to better support field operations.
Support the establishment and tracking of recruiting metrics.
Create remarkable hiring experiences for both the candidate and the hiring teams through the refinement of our internal processes and systems.
Be a champion of Help at Home’s culture and values.
Stay up-to-date of labor legislation and inform leadership and managers about changes in regulations.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Participate in the hiring and training of staff.
Develop and mentor recruitment team members and is responsible for employee improvement.
Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Handle discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
One (1) – three (3) years of management experience in recruitment; at least five (5) years of experience overall.
RPO or Staffing experience a plus
Proven experience leading recruitment teams specializing in high-volume, non-exempt hiring, with a heavy focus on process and recruitment marketing.
Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring teams and cross-functional associates.
Physical Requirements:
Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
Travel Requirements:
Regular travel on a monthly or quarterly basis required, even in inclement weather
