The receptionist manages incoming calls and schedules service appointments for the Service Department. They are also responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling complaints, and assisting with customer payments.
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, a positive demeanor, and a professional appearance. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and maintain schedule flexibility is required.
