Lead the maintenance team in repairing and maintaining conveyance, automation, and facilities equipment to ensure operational uptime. Coordinate preventive maintenance, perform root cause analysis on downtime events, and mentor junior technicians.
Requires 4-6 years of experience in automation, robotics, or refrigeration repair with a high school diploma. Proficiency in reading schematics and basic computer software is required, while an associate degree and PLC knowledge are preferred.
