The Senior Compounding Pharmacist will lead sterile and non-sterile compounding operations while ensuring strict adherence to GPhC, MHRA, and ISO standards. We're looking for an exceptional Senior Compounding Pharmacist to lead our sterile and non-sterile operations within the Lab in Leamington Spa. This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation dedicated to delivering high-quality, treatments while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, regulatory compliance, and pharmaceutical excellence.
As our Senior Compounding Pharmacist, you will take ownership of the safe, compliant, and efficient compounding of treatments across both sterile and non-sterile operations. You’ll be at the heart of our compounding facility, ensuring every preparation meets rigorous GPhC standards and aligns with MHRA, EMA, ICH, and ISO guidance.
This role is far more than a traditional pharmacy position. You’ll combine hands-on pharmacist leadership within our Lab environment with day-to-day production and laboratory management, driving operational excellence across the entire compounding process.
This role is based at our Leamington Spa Hub within the Laboratory, working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
