Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to children following individualized treatment plans. Track patient progress and collaborate with families and BCBAs for coaching and support.
Must have an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Candidates must be 18 or older and available for specific summer and fall shift schedules.
We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.
This means that you won’t be reporting into a large corporate structure – you’ll be working directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes.
To kick things off, we’re also offering a $500 sign-on bonus!
