The intern will support the planning and execution of the Head Of The Charles Regatta by assisting with race operations, logistics, and venue preparation. They will also coordinate community engagement initiatives and manage special event programming throughout the regatta weekend.
Candidates should be recent graduates or current co-op students with strong organizational skills and an interest in event management or sports. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Adobe InDesign are highly desirable, along with the ability to work in-person in Cambridge, MA.
This position is based in Cambridge, MA. The Event Management Fellow is expected to work in our Cambridge office three days per week under our current hybrid schedule. As the Head Of The Charles Regatta approaches, the role transitions to five days per week in the office to support event planning and execution.

Founded in 1965, the Head Of The Charles Regatta is the world’s largest rowing event and one of Boston’s most iconic sporting traditions.
