Lead the design and delivery of complex hydraulic and water resources infrastructure projects while ensuring technical quality and profitability. Provide strategic leadership, mentor staff, and coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies to meet project goals.
Requires extensive experience in hydraulic design, H&H modeling, and project management within the transportation sector. A Master's degree in water resources or a related discipline is preferred along with existing relationships with DOT and municipal clients.
