Manage the digital model environment, deliverables, and server infrastructure for multi-discipline building engineering projects. Lead and mentor BIM Model Coordinators while ensuring quality control through design reviews and 3D coordination processes.
Requires a technical degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of digital design and BIM authoring experience. Must possess advanced skills in 3D design software, coordination tools, and a comprehensive understanding of building systems.

The BES team in the downtown Chicago Office is a talented group who are welcoming and excited to grow. The team is young and self-motivated and will benefit greatly from having more talented BIM Model Coordinators to lead and mentor them on Revit management requirements and assist with project delivery.
