The Estimator will analyze project documents to develop accurate cost estimates and identify value engineering solutions. They will also collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to manage subcontractor proposals and monitor market pricing trends.
Candidates should have 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience and a strong understanding of construction methods and building systems. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
