The HR Generalist will manage employee relations, conduct workplace investigations, and partner with operations to support multi-unit restaurant environments. They are responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and utilizing HRIS systems for data analysis and reporting.
Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor's degree in HR or Business and possess 3-5+ years of progressive HR experience in retail or restaurant operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with workforce management systems are required.
