Plan and implement activity therapy programs and therapeutic leisure sessions to improve patients' mental and physical well-being. Develop individualized treatment plans and facilitate group activities to help patients achieve their recovery goals.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. Candidates must have at least three years of healthcare recreation experience and hold a CTRS certification or a relevant clinical professional license.
