The Site Supervisor is responsible for directing janitorial staff, managing supplies, and ensuring all cleaning and maintenance tasks meet contractual standards. They also handle payroll, staff training, quality control inspections, and respond to customer issues.
Candidates must have supervisory experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning and at least one year of relevant facility maintenance experience. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to use mobile technology for reporting are required.
