The Line Cook is responsible for executing daily food preparation and maintaining kitchen stations according to the menu set by the chefs. They must also ensure the cleanliness of storage and dining areas while accurately receiving and logging orders.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of food industry experience. A current ServSafe Food Handler Permit is required along with excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Line Cook position is responsible for executing cooking and cleaning tasks under direct supervision of the Director of Culinary Nutrition and Associate Culinary Director.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $18/hour and $22/hour. This position will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
This position will be an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
