Act as the first point of contact for the service department by scheduling appointments and answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and online. Maintain accurate CRM data and collaborate with Service Advisors to ensure efficient shop operations.
Candidates should be professional, customer-focused, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. While automotive experience is a plus, the company provides training for those with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, or call centers.
