The Registered Nurse will assess patient physical and behavioral health needs while developing and implementing comprehensive nursing care plans. They are responsible for administering medications, documenting patient status, and maintaining therapeutic rapport within a clinical mental health setting.
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license and have at least one year of nursing experience, with psychiatric or behavioral health experience preferred. Certification in CPR and de-escalation techniques is required, though training is available upon hire.
This is a temporary, full-time, 13-week nursing assignment with a fixed rate of $65.00 per hour and is not benefits-eligible. This is a direct temporary opportunity (not an agency contract), and travel stipends or travel reimbursements are not provided. Candidates must have at least one year of behavioral health experience and be available for night shift; 7:00.pm - 7:30a.m (includes weekend rotation).
Temporary employees may be eligible to convert to a regular full-time position if offered. Current Acadia Healthcare employees are not eligible for this temporary assignment.
