Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation strategy. Ensure organizational compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations while aligning HR goals with business initiatives.
Requires a four-year degree in a human resources related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR with a background in recruiting. PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certifications are desired along with strong knowledge of labor regulations.
