Supervise preventive maintenance programs for hospital buildings, equipment, and plant operation systems. Manage staff, conduct evaluations, and oversee the procurement of necessary supplies and materials.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least four years of experience in overall maintenance and plant operations. Must have demonstrated experience in supervising people and operating mechanical systems like steam boilers and air conditioning.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum five years work experience in the plumbing, electrical, air conditioning and heating systems
- Minimum two years hospital related experience covering HRS codes.
