Performs resident care in accordance with established nursing policies, including rehabilitation, restorative nursing, and therapeutic services. Assists RNs and LPNs with daily living skills, medical procedures, and documentation in resident records.
Requires a current State of Hawaii LPN license, First Aid and CPR certification, and a physical exam with TB testing. Candidates should possess good communication skills and have experience in hospice, long-term, or acute care settings.
