Reportando-se ao Gerente de Vendas Regional, o Vendedor Externo será responsável por impulsionar o crescimento comercial na região sob sua responsabilidade, fortalecendo relacionamentos estratégicos com clientes, ampliando o portfólio de oportunidades e garantindo a excelência no atendimento, tudo isso contribuindo diretamente para os resultados e para o impacto positivo da Hach no setor de água e saneamento.
Esta posição faz parte do departamento de vendas, localizado no Nordeste, e atuará em modelo híbrido.
No seu dia a dia, você irá:
Cumprir mensalmente as metas de vendas da carteira de clientes de sua região.
Conhecer profundamente os produtos e serviços da empresa e suas aplicações em diferentes setores.
Realizar visitas conforme o plano de cobertura, fortalecendo o relacionamento com stakeholders.
Estudar a carteira para identificar potenciais clientes e novas linhas de produtos.
Construir e gerenciar o forecast mensal da carteira sob sua responsabilidade.
Alimentar e expandir o volume de oportunidades no funil anual de vendas.
Gerenciar o funil de oportunidades, revisando deals e garantindo volume saudável para atingir as metas.
Apresentar soluções personalizadas demonstrando valor agregado aos negócios do cliente.
Conduzir negociações eficazes de preços, prazos e condições contratuais.
Atuar de forma multifuncional para solucionar problemas escalados pelos clientes.
Desenvolver os mercados industriais e de saneamento com foco em market share e base instalada.
Assegurar e entregar as metas de lucratividade e DSO da carteira.
Avaliar diariamente a performance da carteira e implementar contramedidas para mitigar gaps.
Fornecer insights estruturados sobre mercado, concorrentes, preços e condições comerciais.
Requisitos essenciais:
Formação superior completa em Engenharia, Química, Meio Ambiente, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
Experiência prévia em vendas técnicas B2B, preferencialmente em indústria, saneamento ou equipamentos.
Conhecimento de CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics ou similar).
Carteira de habilitação categoria B.
Disponibilidade para viagens na região de atuação.
