Responsible for the individual care and support of residents during the night shift, including basic and medical nursing tasks. Conducts regular night rounds, monitors medical conditions, and documents care using the ePDok system.
Requires a completed diploma in nursing (HF, DNII, AKP, or DNI) and experience in night shift nursing. Candidates must possess strong German language skills, RAI experience, and the ability to work independently with elderly and dementia patients.
Das Gustav Benz Haus ist ein Mehrstufenheim mit 81 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern, verteilt auf zwei Pflegeabteilungen und eine Pflegewohngruppe für Menschen mit Demenz. Als «Zentrum für Pflege» bieten wir unseren Bewohnenden einen Lebensraum, in dem sie sich geborgen fühlen und in ihren Fähigkeiten unterstützt werden. 37 Wohnungen führen wir nach dem Konzept «Wohnen mit Service». Mietende beziehen je nach Bedarf Spitex- und/oder hauswirtschaftliche Dienstleistungen. Rund 100 Mitarbeitende sorgen für ihr Wohl.
