Design, fabricate, and install upholstery and trim items for aircraft interiors while ensuring adherence to FAA and engineering standards. Provide leadership by mentoring junior technicians and overseeing project delegation and safety audits.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 4 years of upholstery experience, including 2 years specifically in aircraft upholstery. Must be proficient in sewing, reading blueprints, and working in restricted aircraft spaces.

Detail-Oriented Aviation Upholstery Technician with advanced expertise in general upholstery skills, specializing in aircraft interiors and related fabrication work. Proficient in hands-on techniques for repairing, restoring, and fabricating interior components such as seats, panels, headliners, and soft goods. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of aviation-grade materials, specialized tools, and FAA-compliant methods to ensure adherence to engineering, quality, and design standards. Experienced in supporting aircraft refurbishment, completions, and maintenance projects with precision, safety, and exceptional craftsmanship.
