Supervise a team of technicians at a remote site to manage day-to-day aircraft maintenance, launch, recovery, and facility operations. Ensure operational safety, readiness, and adherence to corporate and federal policies while maintaining effective communication with customers and management.
Requires an Associate's degree in Aviation or a related field, a valid A&P license, and the ability to obtain a US Government Secret Security Clearance. Candidates must have 7 years of aircraft maintenance experience (5 years on Gulfstream aircraft) and 2 years of supervisory experience.

The compensation range for this role is $103,204 - $108,364
Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors including but not limited to: minimum and preferred qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, and location.
