The Senior Global Access Management Analyst manages user accounts and access permissions across multiple platforms and applications. They ensure compliance with security policies, maintain accurate user data, and develop standard operating procedures for identity management.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in an IT field and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Proficiency in Active Directory, ITIL processes, and enterprise-level application support is required.
Unique Skills:
1. Working knowledge of Active Directory (or third party overlay), Access Control Lists, etc. 2. Working knowledge of ITIL processes (Service Desk, Incident, Problem, and Change Management). ITIL V3 Foundation certification preferred. 3. Good understanding of Information Security Standards. 4. Demonstrated knowledge and skills operating directory systems in a complex global organization. 5. Working knowledge of ITSM ticketing tool sets (Remedy or ServiceNow preferred). 6. Good understanding of single sign-on solutions. 7. Basic understanding of LDAP. 8. Working knowledge of enterprise level applications running across multiple platforms. 9. Analytical troubleshooting and root cause analysis. 10. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MacOS, SharePoint/Office 365, Cisco WebEx and SCCM Remote Control Viewer.
