The maintenance personnel will perform general property upkeep, including housekeeping and landscaping tasks such as mowing and snow removal. They are also responsible for ensuring all on-site equipment remains in proper working condition.
Candidates must have at least one year of property maintenance experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to travel between locations, and the physical capacity to lift up to 100 lbs.
