Perform plant maintenance activities such as pruning and defoliation to ensure high-quality flower growth. Maintain strict adherence to safety, compliance, and GMP regulations while meeting production goals.
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid state ID and the ability to obtain state badging. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in high-temperature, high-humidity environments is required.

Cannabis is a heavily regulated industry; therefore, all employees are required to follow safety and compliance regulations.
The pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
