The Lead Nursery Technician oversees a team responsible for the vegetation cycle of cannabis plants, ensuring compliance and high-quality production standards. They are tasked with directing daily operations, training staff, and maintaining accurate performance metrics and traceability records.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and be at least 21 years of age. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks in a high-heat environment and the capacity to pass all state-mandated background checks for the cannabis industry.
As the Lead Nursery Technician, you will lead a team of employees who are responsible for maintaining the vegetation cycle of all sustainable plants within a cannabis cultivation and manufacturing facility, in turn playing a role in creating exceptional cannabis products for our patients and consumers to enjoy. This role will ensure the highest quality products and highest standards of compliance are met, while keeping a keen eye on cleanliness and efficiency of the production area and supporting a world-class work environment and culture. In doing so, you’ll help advance Green Thumb’s mission of promoting wellbeing through the power of cannabis!
The pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
