Oversee daily operations and LIHTC compliance for two affordable housing communities in Fresno. Manage leasing activities, resident relations, and property maintenance to maximize occupancy and meet financial goals.
Requires at least one year of affordable housing or property management experience with strong knowledge of LIHTC certifications. Must be able to live on-site and work a standard Monday through Friday schedule.
Description
In this role, you will lead and oversee a 30-unit LIHTC affordable housing community and a 34-unit senior LIHTC community. The ideal candidate will have experience in affordable housing and a strong understanding of LIHTC compliance, along with property operations, leasing, and resident relations. You will be responsible for maximizing occupancy, maintaining the physical condition of the properties, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company requirements while delivering an exceptional resident experience and supporting ownership's financial goals.
This position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a pay range of $21.50 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience. The position includes a two-bedroom apartment and a comprehensive benefits package.
