As a Content Creator, you are the voice and storytelling engine of our agency. While others focus on strategy and technical execution, you focus on creating engaging, impactful content that brings brands to life. You will turn ideas, insights, and marketing direction into compelling stories across digital platforms, helping our SME clients connect with their audiences and stand out in a competitive digital landscape.
Role and Responsibility
- Plan and create engaging content (videos and articles) for the brand’s social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with brand identity and tone.
- Develop creative content ideas and new content pillars that drive both brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Write compelling scripts, captions, copies, and articles in both Thai and English.
- Collaborate closely with the graphic design and video production teams—providing clear briefs, coordinating workflows, and ensuring content quality aligns with the intended concept.
- Create simple visual assets for real-time content independently using tools such as Canva or AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini).
- Perform basic video editing using CapCut, especially for real-time or short-form content that requires quick turnaround.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics across platforms, deriving insights to continuously optimize content strategy.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in social media, pop culture, and digital marketing, and apply them effectively to content creation.
- Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery even under tight deadlines or urgent situations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Content Marketing, Social Media, or Digital Content creation.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, including platform algorithms, engagement metrics, and content funnel.
- Basic knowledge of Performance Marketing concepts, including paid ads and key KPIs such as CPM, CTR, CPC, and ROAS, with the ability to apply these insights to content creation.
- Strong English proficiency in reading, writing, and communication, with the ability to write captions and articles in English.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in Canva and AI tools for creating real-time visual content.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut.
- Highly responsible, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Growth mindset with a strong eagerness to learn about Performance Marketing and translate knowledge into impactful content.
