Establish and implement strategic procurement processes and material group strategies for construction materials. Lead end-to-end sourcing, contract negotiations, and the professionalization of procurement through digitization and data analytics.
Requires 5-7 years of procurement consulting experience or 7-10 years of strategic sourcing expertise. Must be fluent in both English and German (min. B2 level) with strong analytical and negotiation skills.

We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager (all genders) to help shape and scale our Procurement function in Berlin. You will establish and implement strategic procurement processes, build the first material group strategies and drive their end-to-end implementation. You will prepare and lead contract negotiations and contribute to the professionalisation and digitisation of Procurement.
Material Groups in Scope:
Depending on your strengths, you will own workstreams in one of the following areas to make Procurement scalable, transparent and data-driven.
