Generate and convert residential painting projects through proactive field prospecting and in-home consultations within assigned Orlando neighborhoods. Manage the full sales cycle from door-knocking and appointment setting to scoping work and closing deals.
Requires 3-4+ years of direct field sales experience in home services and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle. Candidates must be comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and available to work weekday evenings and some Saturdays.

We’re launching in Orlando with a territory‑based model, tight operations, and a ground game focused on reputation and repeat business, not churn‑and‑burn sales.
Our owners run the consultations and estimates at first, and as you grow and dominate, you’ll be able to simply run them yourself (hint: higher commission). We’re bringing on a small number of proven outside reps to help us dominate key neighborhoods and grow into senior closer and leadership roles as we scale.
As an Outside Sales Rep at Groovy Hues Orlando, you’ll own a defined set of neighborhoods. Your job is to generate and convert residential painting projects by combining proactive field prospecting with in‑home consultations and consultative selling.
You’ll start by focusing heavily on door‑to‑door prospecting and appointment setting while shadowing our owners on estimates. As you learn our process, you’ll take on more of the consultation and closing work yourself in your territory.
