The Center Operations Manager is accountable for all technical operations within the Donation Center, ensuring donor safety and satisfaction while meeting KPIs. This includes managing a multidisciplinary team, overseeing quality compliance, and optimizing administrative and financial controls.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a medical or health-related science and at least 5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles. Experience in GxP regulated environments and a postgraduate certification in Quality Assurance are preferred.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work within a highly regulated, labor intensive, fast paced medical environment.
