The Project Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating the development and implementation of the Martech Roadmap program. This includes managing day-to-day operations, resourcing, and ensuring successful service transition to product teams.
Candidates should hold postgraduate qualifications or be progressing towards them, combined with extensive relevant experience. The role requires a proven ability to manage end-to-end projects and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Marketing and Communications provide university-wide strategic marketing and communications advice and develop, manage and implement marketing and communications activities (including advertising) across all Griffith audiences including prospective and current students, staff, alumni, donors and corporate partners.
Reporting to the Director, Marketing Technology, and working closely with internal stakeholder including Digital Solutions, the Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing and coordinating the development and implementation of the Martech Roadmap program. This role is accountable for day-to-day operations including resourcing, scheduling, prioritisation and task coordination, and delivering objectives and deliverables within agreed time frames and budgets. The Project Manager also ensure successful service transition to product teams.
This is a full time fixed term until December 2026 opportunity based primarly at the Brisbane South (Nathan) campus. As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other locations

HEW 8 – Base range - $117,579.27 - $132,273.33 + 17% super. Full package range - $137,567.74 - $154,759.79.
