**We are looking for a full-time Service Administrative Assistant who enjoys working with the public and has a friendly, outgoing personality. As a team-oriented company, we seek an individual who can be flexible with work hours. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and displays a positive attitude when interacting with customers and employees.
Pay ranges from $18-$20 depending on experience.
Manage advisors repair orders
Manage all warranty repair communications with our warranty group
Update accounting schedules
Submit and scan all required documents to Docuware
Assist management with time keeping records
Assist management with any required tasks
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
CDK experience required
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
Knowledge of automotive servicing or repair highly desired
Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
Strong organization skills, able to multitask, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Highly trustworthy and security conscious
Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
