Candidates must have at least 3 years of apartment maintenance experience and hold both HVAC (Universal) and Certified Pool Operator certifications. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and basic trade tools are also required.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to serve as Maintenance Supervisor for a rapidly growing and dynamic property management organization. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the general maintenance of the apartment community to include performing repairs, troubleshooting, apartment turnover, and performing preventative maintenance. This is an outstanding career opportunity for an experienced professional to be part of a passionate team of A players. This position will report to the Property Manager.
