Set in a beautiful private club environment, this role offers the opportunity to build relationships with members, work alongside a welcoming team, and develop valuable hospitality skills in a fast-paced and engaging setting.
The Barista at Green Bay Country Club is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, smoothies, ice cream, and gelato while delivering exceptional service to members and guests. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming and enjoyable club experience by providing friendly, personalized service, maintaining consistent product quality, and ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting café environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, service-oriented, and enjoys building positive relationships with members and guests.
