Conduct jobsite safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations to ensure compliance with OSHA and client standards. Lead safety talks and partner with field supervisors to resolve safety challenges and strengthen the overall safety culture.
Requires construction safety experience and an OSHA 30 certification, with OSHA 500 being a strong advantage. Candidates must be bilingual and possess strong communication skills to influence safety execution in the field.
