We’re looking for a strategic, people-focused General Manager with Great Clips multi-unit experience managing four or more salons. You’ll mentor Area and Salon Managers, lead operations across multiple markets, and drive both team and business growth.

To succeed as a General Manager in a Great Clips salon organization, you’ll need:

• Proven retail or multi-unit management experience
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills
• Experience managing managers and holding teams accountable to goals and standards
• The ability to assess performance across multiple locations and implement effective action plans
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
• Flexibility to work across multiple salon locations within the surrounding area
