The Patient Coordinator serves as the first point of contact, managing patient greetings, scheduling, and administrative tasks. They are responsible for maintaining patient records, processing insurance claims, and ensuring a smooth patient flow within the dental practice.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in healthcare. Proficiency in dental practice management software and strong organizational skills are required.
