Perform assigned maintenance functions and work orders in a proficient and efficient manner. Proactively identify and communicate property maintenance issues to management for corrective action.
Candidates must be proficient in various trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and masonry. Must be dependable, adaptable, and capable of working overtime during high-volume periods.
