The Mental Health Worker will observe and document patient behaviors while reporting insights to the nursing staff. They will also provide therapeutic support and assist patients with daily activities to promote independence.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and a BLS certification from the American Heart Association. A college degree and at least one year of experience in psychiatry or a related medical field are preferred.

As a Mental Health Worker, you'll be the eyes and ears of our dedicated care team—observing and documenting patients' physical, emotional, and social behaviors, and reporting key insights to the nursing staff. You’ll build therapeutic relationships, provide expert support during moments of anxiety, and assist patients with daily activities that promote healing and independence.
This is a full time, night shift position (11:30pm - 8am), includes working rotating weekends.
College Degree
Minimum of one year experience in psychiatry or related medical field
High School Diploma or GED
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
