Provide daily care and support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Responsibilities include assisting with daily needs such as cooking, cleaning, medication, and accompanying residents to community events.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and a valid Ohio driver's license. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening is required.

#GWELD
We are seeking a full time entry-level Direct Support Professionals for one of our group homes. No experience is necessary, training is provided. The ideal candidate is someone who is a naturally kind and compassionate person that would enjoy helping people and having fun with them.
Our DSPs often take care of daily needs; cooking, cleaning, transportation, medication assistance etc. On occasion, they will take individuals bowling or to the movies, and often join individuals at church or volunteer events.
The goal is to help our residents feel and become as independent as possible while they live their daily lives. Be a companion, learn to be a caregiver for someone in your community!
Compensation:
$16.00 hour - Rate can increase with documented and verified experience. We also offer a $2 shift differential for applicable 2nd shift hours
