The Buyer will manage procurement activities to ensure material availability at the best price while minimizing inventory levels. Responsibilities include executing purchase orders, monitoring deliveries, and collaborating with suppliers to resolve non-conformity issues.
Candidates must have professional experience in procurement and strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office. Excellent command of Italian and English is required, with technical knowledge in electronics considered a plus.
Il Buyer affiancherà i Lead Buyers nel garantire la disponibilità dei materiali al miglior prezzo, in base alle condizioni e alle esigenze di approvvigionamento del mercato, assicurando al contempo la massima priorità alla riduzione delle scorte, in linea con l’obiettivo di fatturato prefissato.
Mansioni principali:
Scambiare informazioni in modo proattivo con i responsabili della pianificazione della domanda (Demand Planning) o con l’Account Manager;
Eseguire ordini di acquisto da fornitori qualificati secondo le specifiche stabilite dai Lead Buyer e dal team di acquisti globale;
Effettuare acquisti in linea con i suggerimenti MRP (quantità, data, prezzo) secondo le condizioni stabilite dall’ufficio acquisti strategico e in accordo con la delega di firma ricevuta;
Garantire che le conferme d’ordine per ogni acquisto vengano regolarmente inviate, monitorate e rinegoziate qualora non siano in linea con le esigenze di GPV;
Monitorare le consegne fornendo previsioni di arrivo;
Operare prestando adeguata attenzione alla riduzione delle scorte e al raggiungimento dell’obiettivo di rotazione, riducendo il rischio di eccedenze di magazzino;
Gestire, in collaborazione con il Responsabile della Qualità dei Fornitori, eventuali casi di non conformità relativi ai componenti a partire dal ricevimento merci o dalla produzione.
Competenze professionali:
Competenza nell’ambito degli acquisti/approvvigionamenti;
Spiccate capacità analitiche;
Utilizzo degli strumenti MS Office quali Excel, Word, Outlook;
Ottima padronanza dell’italiano e dell’inglese, sia scritto che parlato.
Competenze tecniche (ambito elettronica);
Esperienza nell’approvvigionamento di materiali.
Altre competenze o caratteristiche:
Buone capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta e di negoziazione;
Flessibilità e capacità di gestire le priorità mutevoli;
Metodico e preciso;
