Manage day-to-day operations and performance of office assets, including the coordination of trades, contractors, and essential services. Ensure properties operate safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of tenant and visitor experience.
Requires 3-4 years of operational asset management experience, preferably with trade or engineering qualifications in electrical or mechanical fields. Must possess a strong understanding of Building Codes, Australian Standards, and WHS legislation.

The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Operations Manager to join our Office Asset Team, based at the prestigious 7 Macquarie Place & Workplace 6.
In this role, you will be a key contributor to the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the asset, taking ownership of the management and coordination of trades, contractors and essential services. You will play an integral part in ensuring both properties operate efficiently, safely and to the highest standard, while delivering an exceptional and seamless experience for tenants, customers and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of relevant operational asset management experience, preferably with trade or engineering qualifications in electrical or mechanical fields. A solid understanding of Building Codes, Australian Standards, WHS legislation, and statutory requirements is essential. You’ll be skilled in managing multiple projects, with strong knowledge of risk, contract, and contractor management. Success in this role requires a customer-focused, proactive approach, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels, including tenants, contractors, and senior management.
