Unlike most professions, the work of 911 dispatchers and law enforcement officers—much like that of professional athletes and airline pilots—is meticulously and continuously recorded. These recordings are not just there for archives but are vital tools for training and recognition. We believe that just as sports coaches evaluate game footage to guide athletes towards peak performance, Sergeants, Dispatch Supervisors, QA and trainers can use similar insights to ensure high-performing teams. Our products integrate cutting-edge audio analysis with CAD data and advanced AI algorithms. This allows public safety leaders to access transcribed,  pre-analyzed evaluations that highlight both strengths and areas for coaching.  At GovWorx, our team has spent the better part of two decades providing the tools necessary for public safety professionals to perform at their best, while challenged by under staffing and greater demands. CommsCoach for 911 and BluAssist for Law Enforcement use responsible AI to coach the current and next generation of first responders through automated evaluations and insights.
