The Project Manager oversees daily janitorial and facility maintenance activities, including the direct supervision and development of employees. They are responsible for ensuring contract compliance, maintaining safety standards, and managing subcontractor and customer relations.
Candidates must be a certified Project Management Professional with at least five years of experience managing similar service contracts. A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree and experience with government contracts are preferred.
